  • 100 g almonds, peeled
  • 1 Medjool date – stoned

Step 2

Then pour the water over a sieve, fill the almonds into a germination container and put them in the kitchen.

Rinse under cold water at least three times a day.

Proceed in the same way for a total of approx. 2 days until small white germs have formed.

Step 3

Then rinse again and finely puree together with the other ingredients in a blender.

If necessary, pass through a fine hair sieve or cotton cloth.

Step 4

The almond drink can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days.

The colonic was one of the best experience I’ve ever had. Ela was absolutely fantastic. She is very gentle and really professional. I was feeling at ease knowing I was in perfect hands at that time. Later on I was given some good advice about a liver cleanse.
