Ingredients

For the chocolate pudding

  • 200g silken tofu
  • 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 40g coconut blossom sugar
  • 30ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 vanilla bean – scrape out the pulp with a knife
  • some organic orange zest – for the garnish

Instructions

This fine chocolate pudding convinces you with its strong cocoa taste, its delicate vanilla aroma, and the freshness of oranges – very tasty!

Step 1

For the chocolate pudding, crush the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.

Step 2

Puree the tofu together with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until creamy.

Then fold the melted chocolate into the mixture, divide it between two glasses and leave to cool.

Do not put it in the fridge, otherwise, it will be too firm!

Step 3

Serve the cooled chocolate pudding garnished with the orange zest and enjoy immediately.
