Ingredients

For the guacamole

  • 2 large ripe avocadoes
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 small onion or shallot (optional)
  • 2 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Veggiemite
  • 1 tsp BearPaw Garlic
  • 1 tsp Barley Life
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

A great summer dish to be served with corn chips as a snack or alongside a fresh garden salad or your favorite Mexican meal.

Step 1

Finely chop the tomatoes and onion. Blend Avocadoes.

Step 2

Mix flaxseed oil, lemon juice, Garlic, VeggieD and BarleyLife and combine with avocado.

Step 3

Add tomatoes and onion, season with Sea Salt and lightly stir.

Step 4

For some extra spice add a few drops of black pepper essential oil, or my favorite some cilantro essential oil.
