Ingredients

For the matcha smoothie with banana

  • 1/2 banana
  • 60 g ripe mango (pulp)
  • 1 pinch of finely chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey
  • 100 ml coconut milk (or other milk)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
  • chilled mineral water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

The green tea powder is suitable for numerous mixed drinks. We present two variants, one with mint and one with banana. Here’s the recipe with banana.

Step 1

Dice the mango.

Peel the banana, cut into pieces, drizzle immediately with lime juice.

Step 2

Puree the fruit pieces with ginger , honey, coconut milk and tea powder in a blender.

Add mineral water if you like.

Step 3

Pour into a glass. Serve with ice cubes.
