For the orange date juice

  • 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 100ml of water
  • 20 pitted dates

Instructions

You can make this delicious, healthy orange-date juice with lots of magnesium and vitamin C yourself in just 5 minutes. It is ideal as a healthy sweetener for baking, for dressings or smoothies.

Step 1

For the orange and date juice, mix all the ingredients vigorously in a blender.

Then pour into a suitable glass bottle and store in the fridge.
