Ingredients

For the sauerkraut salad

  • 450 g sauerkraut, raw ( homemade ) – press out and drain
  • 150 g red peppers – deseed and cut into thin strips
  • 100 ml Cashew cream
  • 2 EL nutritional yeast
  • 1 EL Yaconsirup
  • 1 pinch of cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • Crystal salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Our fine raw sauerkraut salad is extremely healthy because it is full of active, vital microorganisms that strengthen the immune system. And of course it tastes very good too.

Step 1

For the sauerkraut salad, put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix evenly and season with salt and pepper.
