Prayers before Bedtime

One evening, a nurse in the kids’ hospital section heard a girl talking non-stop from her room as she sat at the nurse’s desk.

After some time, she decided to deal with it.

She used the intercom to kindly but firmly tell the girl, “Time for bed, Julie.”

The room went quiet, and the young girl replied, “Okay, God, I’ll go to sleep.”

There was no more noise from her until morning.
