Vitalis Health Colon Wellbeing Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and certified Colonic Technician for an ongoing part-time position. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the well-being of our clients through compassionate and holistic care.
About the role
We are looking for a flexible, organized, and independent technician who is friendly, positive, and passionate about alternative health. Compassion for others and empathy are the core attributes of this role. The successful applicant will demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
- Exceptional Patient Care: Ability to build rapport with patients, making them feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
- Systematic Approach: Experience in following systems, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in computer skills, including maintaining and updating client files accurately and efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Adaptable to changing situations with strong problem-solving skills to address challenges.
- Outstanding Customer Service: Impeccable customer service skills to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Proactive Health Advocacy: Commitment to being proactive in patients’ health journeys, articulating health issues after diagnosis, and recommending appropriate supplements and treatments.
- Clear Communication: Ability to explain the benefits of protocols and address patients’ concerns with honesty, courtesy, and integrity.
- Passion for Inner Health: A deep passion for inner health and wellness, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively, supporting our goal of delivering solutions that meet patients’ health needs.
