There are many deacidification programs, and those who want to deacidify are spoilt for choice. What is the right way to deacidify? Which products are effective? How long should you deacidify? Questions upon questions! We will introduce you to an intensive deacidification program that optimally deacidifies – and not just on one level, but on different levels.
The sustainable deacidification program
A lot can happen in four weeks. In four weeks, your hair grows 1.5 centimeters, in four weeks your skin renews itself, in four weeks your brain has recovered from a binge weekend, and in four weeks you could be deacidified!
An intensive 4-week deacidification program deacidifies the organism down to every single cell. But deacidification alone is not enough. Therefore, a comprehensive deacidification program contains not only all the ingredients for intracellular and extracellular deacidification, but also everything for the reconstruction of a healthy cell. In addition to comprehensive deacidification, this includes:
- optimal cell protection,
- perfect cell nutrition,
- an alkaline food supplement and
- the “sweeper” zeolite, which reliably binds all toxins and acids and brings them via the intestine to the final excretion.
Diagnosis of hyperacidity
Hyperacidity can usually be assumed if you have daytime sleepiness, chronic illnesses or obesity or if you suffer from chronic stress. If you like, you can do an alkaline test – read how to do a proper ph test here.
Deacidification with eight ingredients
An intensive 4-week deacidification program thus consists of the following eight components:
- Alkaline Water – deacidifies the body down to the cellular level. Alkaline hydrolyzed water is said to be able to eliminate the reaction rigidity of the cell – a condition that occurs when the cell can only deacidify insufficiently due to excessive acids. Only the basic ions of alkaline water ensure that the acidified cell can remove its stored acids and absorb nutrients. Alkaline Water therefore deacidifies on two levels: It deacidifies not only the space between the cells (extracellular), but also the cell itself (intracellular). Take 25 to 50 ml of alkaline water 1 x daily about 30 minutes before breakfast.
- The alkaline bath deacidifies on a second level, namely through the skin, and makes the skin soft and supple at the same time. In the first two weeks, you take 2 to 3 alkaline baths a week (full bath) and on the other days foot baths, later you can switch to 2 to 3 foot baths per week – and maintain this even after the deacidification program.
- A bitter alkaline powder (consisting of herbs like: caraway, anise, mugwort, fennel, yarrow, juniper berries) indirectly deacidifies by stimulating the body’s own alkaline production. This is the third level of deacidification. You take a pinch to 1/4 teaspoon of the bitter alkaline powder several times a day (preferably 15 minutes before meals) or prepare a tea from it.
- An alkaline porridge made from 6 sprouted organic seeds containing spelt, linseed, millet, corn, buckwheat and lentils provide the best alkaline ingredients and fiber, but also a diverse flavor. This will let you start the day well cared for in a delicious way.
- The alkaline mineral complex Sango Marine Coral supports deacidification on the fifth level by rebuilding the body’s own mineral reserves of calcium and magnesium and thus providing the cell with alkaline minerals in an easily usable form. The daily dose of Sango Sea Coral is best divided into two to three portions and taken with water. Alternatively, alkaline citrates can also be taken.
- The mineral clay bentonite (alternatively zeolite) relieves the organism because it can bind toxins and acids in the intestine. In this way, bentonite or zeolite accelerate deacidification and detoxification, prevent toxins from the intestine from returning to the bloodstream and thus significantly support the success of deacidification via this sixth level of deacidification. Bentonite and zeolite can be taken 30 minutes before dinner: 1 tsp with a large glass of water.
- Astaxanthin and spirulina: Only those cells that find sufficient nutrients and are protected from free radicals can successfully deacidified. Therefore, cell protection and cell nutrition take place at the seventh and eighth levels of deacidification: Astaxanthin, as one of the strongest antioxidants, protects the cell from free radicals of almost all kinds. Cells in particular need the protective layer of powerful antioxidants during strenuous deacidification. Only then can they optimally deacidify and regenerate. Spirulina, the green microalgae, supplies the cell in need of regeneration with special nutrients and vital substances during deacidification, including high-quality proteins, plenty of beta-carotene, detoxifying chlorophyll and those bioactive plant substances that are increasingly rare in conventional food. You can take both supplements with meals.
The daily routine of deacidification
Specifically, the daily routine with the components and products presented above could look like this:
- After getting up, drink a large glass of water (about 200 to 300 ml).
- 30 minutes before breakfast: Alkaline Water – 250 to 500 ml. The water should have a pH of about 8-9.5.
- Shortly before breakfast: Bitter Alkaline powder – 1/4 tsp in the mouth and swallow only after a few minutes.
- Have an alkaline porridge for breakfast (or any other alkaline breakfast)
- For breakfast, 12 drops of astaxanthin and 5 tabs of spirulina
- Stir Sango Sea Coral in 1 liter of drinking water and drink it throughout the day or – if you have opted for the alkaline citrates, take them according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Shortly before lunch: Bitter Alkaline powder – 1/4 tsp in the mouth and swallow only after a few minutes
- For lunch, 12 drops of astaxanthin
- 30 minutes before dinner, take zeolite or bentonite with a large glass of water.
- Shortly before dinner: Bitter Alkaline powder – 1/4 tsp in the mouth and swallow only after a few minutes.
- For dinner, 5 tabs of spirulina
- An alkaline full bath (1 to 2 times a week) or an alkaline foot bath (daily or every other day).
Of course, you can always vary the suggested daily routine so that the program can be easily integrated into your everyday life. Just make sure that the alkaline water and Bentonite/Zeolite should always be taken at least 30 minutes before a meal. Zeolite/ Bentonite can also be used at least 2 hours after a light (!) meal.

Individual deacidification
However, keep in mind that every person is different and consequently deacidifies differently. Therefore, both deacidification programs can be carried out shorter or longer. The individual doses of the individual remedies do not have to be meticulously adhered to, but can be adjusted again and again according to one’s own feelings and the needs of the body – i.e. reduced or increased.
Eat an alkaline diet
In addition to the deacidification program, you should of course also eat an alkaline diet. This is because it would be extremely counterproductive if you were to eat unhealthy acid-forming foods during deacidification and thus block the deacidification pathways again.
Deacidify even more?
Of course, you can intensify your deacidification even further or avoid future hyperacidity, e.g.
- with the regular drinking of alkaline teas,
- with alkaline skin care and alkaline body care including alkaline sun care,
- with dry brush massages, which heat up the lymphatic flow as well as the blood circulation and thus the excretion of acids, as well as
- with daily exercise, because exercise gets the circulation and detoxification going.
After deacidification
After the four weeks of deacidification, you will have some leftovers from one or the other product. Just keep on using them up.
Spirulina, astaxanthin and the Sango sea coral can be taken again and again as a dietary supplement and the bitter alkaline powder can also be used again and again.
Bentonite or zeolite are preparations that should be stationed in every medicine cabinet (one of the two), as they are recommended as the first remedy of choice for almost any malaise – from stomach ache to diarrhea to headache. External zeolite application, on the other hand, is popular in the form of pads or poultices for insect bites, sprains, strains, joint problems, etc. Compresses of this type cool pleasantly, take away itching, remove toxins from the tissues and stimulate the healing process.
