Ingredients

For the vegan cookies

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 80 g peanut butter – do-it-yourself
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, liquid
  • 3 tsp yacon syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch of crystal salt
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 150 g oat flakes, gluten-free
  • 60 g hazelnuts – chop
  • 50 g dark chocolate, vegan – chop

Instructions

These yummy cookies are easy to make, naturally sweet and good for you

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven;
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 2

In the meantime, prepare the ingredients.

Step 3

Slice the banana over a bowl into chunks and mash with a fork until smooth.
Then add 80 g Peanutbutter3 tablespoons liquid coconut oil, 3 TL Yaconsirup, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 pinch of salt
Stir vigorously and add with a whisk.

Step 4

Sieve 100 g of almond flour over the dough, add 150 g of oat flakes and fold into the mixture.
Then sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts and chopped chocolate and mix everything well.

Step 5

Place a tablespoon of the batter on the baking paper for each cookie, flatten it with a spoon and bake on the middle rack for 15-17 minutes.

Step 6

Place the finished vegan cookies on a baking rack and let them cool down.
