You can spread this delicious chocolate spread on your children’s bread without feeling guilty. It is made from the best ingredients, so it is not only delicious, but also healthy. And you can make it yourself in just 10 minutes.
Step 1
Cut the dates into thin strips and put them in the blender.
Cover lightly (!) with vanilla, soy, or oat milk and mix briefly.
Then add 2 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts and mix briefly again.
Step 2
Add 50 ml of coconut oil, the remaining milk, 50 g cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 pinch of salt to the blender and puree finely on the highest setting for 1 – 2 minutes.
Pour the chocolate spread into a sealable glass container and place it in the refrigerator.
