Bio feedback or neurotherapy is a system that uses real-time displays of brain activity called biofeedback. This is most commonly done through electroencephalography. The modality is designed to teach self-regulation of brain function for the purpose of reducing anxiety, assisting awakened states and helping patients become more focused, clear and calm.

Neuro Feedback
EEG Neuro feedback is a treatment modality which re educates patients on how to use their brain waves to self regulate. With the understanding of how brain waves work patients are empowered to change practices that lead to disorders like concentration problems, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, and many other behavioural disorders like, sleep problems, headaches and migraines.
The Neuro feedback practitioner will interview patients and diagnose existing brain functions, symptoms and activities exploring family history for genetic propensities that could influence dysfunctional brain activity. Once a complete diagnosis has been done the practitioner will begin training sessions designed to correct dysfunctional brain activities.
This is done by placing sensors on the head of the patient for the purpose of recording brainwaves. The recorded signals are then mixed through an interactive computer interface designed to provide reward for stimulus and retrain the patient with better more functional brain waves

Brain Gym
The core message of Brain Gym is that moving with intention leads to optimal learning. By promoting a specific set of movements Brian Gym’s educational philosophy will empower patients to reclaim the joy of living. Programs involve the recognition of early childhood movement and ask patients to recreate these learning processes. By doing this cognitive function is improved dramatically.

Oxygen Therapy
The use of Oxygen therapy has it’s roots in medical intervention during times of emergency conditions. But has been adapted as a means of alternative therapy with the understanding that air is composed of 20.95% oxygen by volume and this is essential tissue oxygenation which contributes directly to healthy cell metabolism and normal physiological function.
Oxygen therapy decreases shortness of breath and fatigue, improves sleep and has been touted to assist patients in functioning better overall. This in turn increases activity and helps patients to become more ambulatory.
