For this delicious muesli, we blended oat flakes with soy milk, yogurt, and nut butter, garnished with fruit and walnuts. A quick, delicious, and filling breakfast for a perfect start to the day.
Step 1
Core the apples; cut 1 tablespoon into sticks; coarsely grate the rest; thinly slice the banana; set aside 3 slices for garnish.
Thinly slice ½ of the dates; cut the rest into very small cubes; coarsely crush the walnuts.
Step 2
Then, combine 60g oat flakes, 100ml soy milk, 250g soy yogurt, and 1 tbsp nut butter in a bowl. Then fold in the grated apples, banana slices, and diced dates, and season with cinnamon.
Enjoy the oatmeal muesli garnished with apple slices, 3 banana slices, date slices, and crushed walnuts.
