The combination of plums and hazelnuts may be unusual, but in terms of taste, it is absolutely perfect! Enjoy this smoothie well chilled, because it tastes fantastic.
Preparation
Step 1
Coarsely chop the pitted plums;
Coarsely chop the banana and put both in a blender.
Then finely puree the dried plums with 1 tablespoon hazelnut puree, 300ml water and 1/3 teaspoon each of vanilla and cinnamon;
Step 2
Place in the fridge for approx. 30 mins. and enjoy chilled.
