You can easily make this delicious crispbread yourself: soak for 10 minutes, prepare for 15 minutes, and then pop it in the oven – done.
Step 1
Soak 50g of chia seeds in 200ml of hot water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 150°C (fan oven). Roughly chop 40g of hazelnuts.
For the dough, place the soaked chia seeds in a bowl with 60 g of flaxseed, 30 g of hemp seeds, the chopped hazelnuts, 40 g of sunflower seeds, and 40 g of ground almonds; add 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast and ¾ teaspoon of salt and mix well.
Step 2
Place a sheet of parchment paper the size of your baking tray on your work surface. Center the dough on the paper, then place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll it out very thinly with a rolling pin.
Then divide the dough in half; cut one half into rectangles and the other half into triangles. Carefully slide the baking paper with the dough onto the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the crispbread from the oven, let it cool and enjoy.
