Ingredients

For the beetroot salad

  • 1 avocado – deseed and finely dice the flesh
  • ½ apple – cut into 1cm cubes
  • ½ small onion – finely dice
  • 3 tablespoons seaweed flakes
  • 1 orange squeeze
  • ½ lemon – squeeze
  • 150g beetroot – peel and coarsely grate
  • 150g white radish – peel and grate coarsely
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Crystal salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions

Enjoy this fine flavor combination of mildly sweet beetroot, spicy radish and fruity apple. A very aromatic, crunchy salad that tastes great.

First prepare the ingredients.

Place the diced avocados in a salad bowl along with the diced apples and onions and 3 tablespoons of seaweed flakes and lightly salt.

Then add the orange and lemon juice, mix well and set aside.

Step 3

As soon as the seaweed flakes are soft, add the grated beetroot, grated radish and chopped parsley, mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Divide the beetroot salad between two bowls and enjoy sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
