Ingredients

For the smoothie

  • 400g papaya (gross)
  • 100g blueberries
  • 50g soy yogurt
  • 350ml orange juice

Instructions

This fabulous recipe is full of antioxidants and enzymes. Quick and easy for when you need a quick pick me up.

Step 1

Peel the papaya and set aside 3 seeds;

remove the remaining seeds.

Step 2

Then put the papaya with 3 seeds in a blender, add 100 g of blueberries, 50 g of soy yogurt and 350 ml of orange juice and puree finely for one minute;

Step 3

Enjoy chilled.
