Ingredients

For the buckwheat porridge

  • A handful of fruits of your choice
  • 60 g buckwheat
  • 350 ml of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 ml of oat cream
  • 3 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • ¾ teaspoon maca powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

Instructions

This delicious buckwheat porridge contains maca, turmeric, cinnamon and xylitol. This makes it one of the particularly healthy breakfast options. The oat cream makes the porridge pleasantly creamy and the fruits ensure a mild freshness.

Step 1

For the buckwheat porridge, bring the water with the salt to a boil. Put the buckwheat in the boiling water, then reduce the heat and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

Take the pan off the heat, stir in the oat cream, add maca, turmeric and cinnamon and season with xylitol.

Step 3

Let the buckwheat porridge cool down a bit, fold in the fruits and enjoy.
