Ingredients

Version 1

  • 100 g cherries, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons date syrup
  • 1 organic orange – 4 tablespoons juice + ¼ teaspoon zest

Variant 2

  • 140 g cherries, frozen
  • 3 ½ tbsp date syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • ½ organic lemon – 1 tablespoon juice + 1 pinch of zest
  • ¼ tsp grated ginger
  • 2 g fresh mint

Variant 3

  • 210 g cherries, frozen
  • 3 ½ tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp olive oil, cold pressed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed (see above)
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Instructions

You can easily prepare a healthy cherry ice cream in raw food quality yourself. We give you three variants to choose from, with which you can expand the taste of the basic recipe – have fun trying it out!

Step 1

For all 3 cherry ice cream variants:

Put the respective ingredients together in a blender and mix until creamy.

Then place briefly (5 – 10 min.) in the freezer;

then enjoy immediately.
