Ingredients

For the omega-3 rolls

  • 150 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 100 g millet ground
  • 50 g wholemeal rice flour
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds, crushed – soak in 100 ml water for 10 minutes
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds, unpeeled
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Other ingredients and spices

  • 6 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of tartar powder (alternatively baking powder)
  • ½ tsp yacon syrup
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon aniseed
  • Crystal salt and pepper

Instructions

This is one of the best GF recipes ever. They are tasty and satisfying. Since these rolls consist exclusively of high-quality ingredients and also provide plenty of valuable omega-3 fatty acids, they are actually very healthy.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Step 2

For the omega-3 rolls, place all the ingredients one after the other in a bowl and mix. Then knead the mixture with your hands into a homogeneous dough until it can be easily removed from the edge of the bowl.

Step 3

Then shape approx. 12 small rolls with damp hands, place them on the baking paper with a little space between them and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes

Tip: You can also freeze the omega-3 rolls and remove them a few at a time.
