Ingredients

For the orange-apricot jam

  • 200 g orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 100 g apricots, dried – cut into small pieces
  • 50 g plums, dried – cut into small pieces
  • ½ tsp grated ginger

Instructions

For this delicious, fruity jam, you only need four ingredients and 15 minutes. Simply puree everything in a blender – done. Very easy, very quick, and very tasty!

Step 1

Cut the apricots and plums into small pieces; finely grate ½ teaspoon of ginger; squeeze 200 g of orange juice.

Then puree all the prepared ingredients in a blender until fine.

Step 2

Pour the orange-apricot jam into a screw-top jar and store it in the fridge.

If well chilled, it will keep for about 5 days.
