For the parsley citrus smoothie

  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 mango
  • 20 grams of parsley
  • 100ml of water

Instructions

Parsley, orange, lemon and mango – a wonderful combination that tastes great: fruity, fresh and aromatic!

Steps 1

For the parsley smoothie, peel and core the orange and lemon and cut into large pieces; peel the mango and cut the flesh into large pieces.

Step 2

Finely puree the citrus fruits and the mango together with 20 g of parsley and 100 ml of water in a blender;

If necessary, dilute with water to the desired consistency.
