Ingredients

What you need:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoon Super-Poo
  • 1 cup Psyllium
  • 1 cup Cassava (or other flour)
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 60 grams Buckwheat flour
  • 200gr mixed seeds (flax, sunflower, pepita, hemp etc)
  • 1/1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon each – Fennel, Caraway and Cumin

Wet Ingredients:

  • 600ml water
  • 3 eggs (or 150ml water)
  • 2 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 4 teaspoon Bakers Yeast (optional – will make the bread lighter)

Note: If you make your own sourdough – you can add 1 cup to this mix.

Instructions

Introducing the ultimate Super-Poo bread recipe, a wholesome, nutrient-packed loaf that combines the power of Super-Poo with an array of flours and seeds to create a delicious and healthy bread. Enjoy the process of creating this, and relish each slice with its rich, hearty taste and texture.

Step 1:

Mix all wet ingredients.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.

Step 2:

Pour into a 28cm long breadform lined with baking paper.

Let sit for 4 hours in a warm place.

Bake at 200C for 60 minutes.

Let cool before cutting.

Makes about 30 slices.
