Green smoothies health benefits have been widely recognized for a long time. Nevertheless, such a smoothie should also taste good, e.g. like the one we have described to you here. It’s super healthy AND mega delicious!
Step 1
Place 150 g of pineapple pulp with 150 g of melon pulp in a blender;
Peel the avocado, remove the stones and add the flesh.
Step 2
Then squeeze half a lemon and add to the blender together with 400 ml rice milk, 1 handful each of lamb’s lettuce, curly parsley, fresh coriander, 1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder, 1 pinch vanilla pulp powder and 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder and puree the whole thing finely;
Add a little more water if needed.
Divide the Green Smoothie between 2 glasses and enjoy.
