Deacidification is one of the most important steps on the road to health. How to properly deacidify the body has long been known. And yet, after some deacidification programs, the successes often fail to materialize. The reason: Many deacidification programs deacidify the gastrointestinal tract. However, they do not deacidify the tissue and they certainly do not deacidify the cell itself.
Deacidification and purification
Acidity is now part of our lifestyle. Because acidity is unavoidable – at least if you live a modern life and eat a modern diet. Ready meals, sausage, cheese, snacks, sweets, soft drinks, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol are part of everyday life today, but they all acidify the organism. Environmental toxins, heavy metals and toxins from textiles or building materials also acidify. Stress, bullying and quarrels finally cause the acid barrel called man to overflow. As a result, deacidification is done a lot and frequently, but not properly.
Deacidification – an unfulfilled dream?
Normally, a healthy body can regularly deacidify and purify itself – without human intervention having to intervene. Today, however, the detoxification and purification capacities of the organism are often overloaded. And so the body can often no longer deacidify by itself(1).
For independent deacidification, it lacks the basic requirements of a healthy lifestyle such as exercise, sunlight, micronutrients, relaxation, water, harmony and – very important – an alkaline diet. Deacidification therefore remains an unfulfilled dream for many people and the acids and waste products remain in the interstitial tissue. However, the intercellular tissue has the task of supplying and disposing of cells (2).
You can think of the intercellular tissue as a supermarket for the cells with an attached waste disposal plant. The cells receive everything they need from the intercellular tissue: glucose, oxygen, vitamins, amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, etc.
At the same time, they permanently release their waste, including acids, to the interstitial tissue. The intercellular tissue is therefore dependent on a nimble transport mechanism. Nutrients and micronutrients have to be brought in and waste has to be transported away.

If it is not deacidified, the cell suffocates
If there is hyperacidity, then the interstitial tissue is abused as a storage site for acids and slags. As a result, the flow comes to a standstill. Waste can no longer be removed in its entirety and remains lying around, which further exacerbates acidification and slagging.
At some point, there is hardly any room left for further waste, including acids. The cells no longer know what to do with their waste and have to store it inside. As a result, the cell itself is now also overacidifying.
In the case of slaggy interstitial tissue, the nutrient supply is of course also at risk. After all, how are nutrients and micronutrients supposed to find their way to the cells if the intercellular tissue is full of waste products and acids? So not only does the cell almost suffocate on its own waste, it also hardly receives the urgently needed nutrients.
The cell lives like in a slum. It is starving and surrounded by garbage. Understandable if it gets angry (3).
Acidity makes you ill
A slaggy and overacidified interstitial tissue, together with malnourished and acidic cells, is the prerequisite for everything we don’t really want (4):
- Overweight
- Cellulite
- Varicose veins
- Spider veins
- Impure or gray skin
- Hair loss
- Brittle fingernails
- Joint problems
- Tooth and gum problems
- Lack of concentration and much more
Deacidification makes you healthy and attractive
What we would like to have, on the other hand, would be this:
- Ideal weight
- Beautiful complexion
- Healthy blood vessels
- Full and healthy hair
- Strong fingernails
- Movable joints
- Healthy teeth
- Ability to concentrate and many more positive things
Deacidifying the body: different ways
So deacidification is the magic word. However, this is nothing new. Therefore, half the world is currently deacidifying – usually in the following way (5):
- An alkaline powder is taken to provide the organism with sufficient minerals that it needs to neutralize the acids produced and to provide the resulting waste products for elimination.
- Alkaline baths are taken in order to be able to excrete waste products and acids through the skin. In addition, brush massages are carried out to stimulate deacidification via the lymph.
- Lymphatic drainage promotes detoxification, reduces swelling, supports the immune system, relieves pain and promotes regeneration after injuries.
- You change your diet to an alkaline diet, i.e. avoid acid-forming foods and prefer alkaline foods. See this list of acidic and alkaline foods.
- They devote themselves to moderate sporting activity.
- You try to avoid stress.
When deacidification fails
Of course, these measures are already quite excellent. Nevertheless, success is all too often limited or even completely absent. Why?
There is not the slightest fault with points 2 to 5. They not only support effective deacidification, but are also a prerequisite for preventing further undesirable acids from settling in the body. However, there are two serious problems that prevent deacidification (6).
Deacidification needs an alkaline diet
Problem 1: The diet is usually only changed to some extent. On the one hand, because habits are difficult to change. On the other hand, because the right information and the right motivation are missing.
A special detoxification program is ideal for getting started with the right alkaline-surplus diet. With such a guided detoxification program over four weeks, you will learn to change your eating habits with ease and receive a variety of suitable recipes.
You can feast alkaline
You can find out about varied alkaline breakfast and get to know healthy alkaline cakes. Experiment with alkaline spreads, alkaline potato dishes and alkaline snacks. Garnish your salads with fresh alafalfa sprouts and prepare green smoothies (7).
Deacidification needs high-quality alkaline preparations
Problem 2: However, the above-mentioned measures ALONE are often not sufficient to successfully deacidify. In many cases, they no longer manage to deacidify the organism and especially the inside of the cell. Therefore, an alkaline preparation (point 1) is always prescribed for deacidification programs. And it is precisely here – in the quality of the alkaline preparation – that the reason for unsuccessful deacidification programs is hidden.
Acidification of the cells
Many alkaline preparations often only deacidify the gastrointestinal tract, but not the tissue or the cell itself. And so the waste products and also many acids remain largely in the body (8). Hyperacidity does not only take place in the gastrointestinal tract, where it can be neutralized relatively easily with the minerals mentioned above. Hyperacidity also takes place directly in the cell – with devastating effects.
You need to know:
- An alkaline (=healthy) cell is negatively charged.
- An overacidified (=diseased) cell is positively charged.
- The same applies to electromagnetic charges as with iron magnets with north and south poles: Equal poles/charges repel each other, different poles/charges attract.
- The cell is nourished by electromagnetic means.
- Nutrients that the cell needs are positively charged.
- If the cell is alkaline = healthy = negatively charged, it can attract nutrients and thus nourish itself and produce energy.
- If the cell is acidic = sick = positively charged, it rejects nutrients, i.e. it can no longer nourish itself, cannot produce energy, and the body decays.
You can offer an acidic cell as much alkaline powder or nutrients as you want – it simply cannot absorb the minerals or nutrients. Deacidification does not take place, and there is no therapeutic success.
Deacidify the cell
The alkaline active water concentrate is now intended to quickly and effectively free the cell from its acidic reactive rigidity and transform it into a living alkaline state (9).
Again, you need to know:
- The positive charge of an acidified cell is caused by a high concentration of H+ ions.
- Water (H2O) is a molecule and consists of 2 hydrogen atoms (2 times H) and 1 oxygen atom (1 times O), hence the name H2O.
- Now water can also be converted into an ionic form. This requires strong electricity, salt and other special technological requirements. Then you get positively charged H+ ions (one per water molecule) and negatively charged OH ions (also one per water molecule). This is still water, but it now has a great electrical potential and … It is strongly alkaline.
Deacidification with active bases
When the “alkaline active water” is drunk, the H+ and OH ions float around in the interstitial tissue, i.e. in the fluid that is around the cells. The positively charged H+ ions are repelled by the positively charged because overacidified cell, but the negatively charged OH ions are attracted and can enter the cell (10).
Deacidify every single cell
Part of the penetrating negative OH ions combines with the positive H+ ions (which are inside the cell) to form water. The other part brings the cell into a negatively charged, i.e. alkaline state.
The newly formed water now washes the accumulated garbage out of the cell, while at the same time the cell can attract and absorb nutrients again due to the negative charge, because only now that the garbage has been removed is there any space for nutrients again (11).
The cell no longer has to live in filth and hunger. It is well cared for again and it is sparkling clean. The gloomy slum became a neat villa district.
Deacidifies with alkaline water
Alkaline water is a concentrate with a pH value between 9.5. Therefore, it is taken in only small quantities and diluted with water.
Recommended use: Drink 150 milliliters of water twice a day (that’s a small glass) and drink about 1 hour before a meal.
A deacidification program with alkaline water should be carried out twice a year purely as a prophylactic measure. In the case of complaints, correspondingly more often, in order to give the cells sufficient opportunity to actually leave the acidic state of reaction rigidity (12).
We present you with some deacidification choices for various situations. Two of them are based on active bases and are especially recommended for those people who have been hyperacidic for a long time and finally want to find a way out.
The deacidification program
- Carry out a 1 to 3-month deacidification program. This program allows both extracellular and intracellular deacidification and, in addition to active bases, consists of other components that accelerate and intensify deacidification, such as alkaline baths, bitter substances, liquid bentonite, alkaline tea, etc.
- If the daily time commitment for such a complete program seems too high for you, but you still want to deacidify, then you can opt for the simplest but still successful deacidification method with Alkaline water. Active Water is an alkaline active water concentrate that can deacidify the body down to the cellular level. When deacidifying with Alkaline water, you only have to remember to take it twice a day. That’s all.
- Eat an alkaline diet – even AFTER your 1 to 3 month deacidification program. As it is only the beginning! Those waste products that have been in your body for many years can often only be excreted after several months of an alkaline lifestyle. In addition, you must also consistently excrete the acids that are constantly arriving or those that are caused by mental or physical stress on a daily basis.
- If you want to continue to eat acid-forming unhealthy food from time to time, you must regularly supply your organism with high-quality alkaline minerals (e.g. a vegetable base powder, a citrate mixture or the Sango Sea Coral) so that as many acids as possible can be removed. Every change in the direction of a healthy diet increases the chances of complete slag disposal on a daily basis.
- Incorporate the following points (or at least some of them) into your future daily routine:
You start the day with an alkaline morning tea.
If possible, use alkaline body care products (see alkaline body care, an alkaline shower gel, an alkaline shampoo, etc.)
Orient your alkaline diet to the tips in the article alkaline nutrition and healthy nutrition as well as to our alkaline recipes.
If you’re in a hurry in the morning, have a quickly prepared alkaline muesli for breakfast.
To additionally enrich your diet with high-quality alkaline substances, you can sprinkle a plant-based alkaline powder over every meal.
Organic alkaline minerals such as the Sango Sea Coral are taken regularly so that the body can finally return all the minerals to its mineral depots that it had borrowed from there during the times of overexploitation.
Relax in an alkaline bath at least two to three times a week. If you don’t have time for a full bath, you should treat yourself to alkaline foot baths.
Make sure you breathe deeply, consciously.
Plan moderate sports and sauna visits into your weekly routine.
In the evening you can enjoy an alkaline evening tea.
In naturopathy, it is also assumed that you can deacidify well via the soles of your feet and therefore recommend alkaline stockings that are worn at night and continue to deacidify during sleep.
Check your deacidification success with the acid-base test.
The acid-base test shows the degree of your acidity
Before an alkaline therapy (deacidification), you can determine the degree of your hyperacidity with the help of an acid-base test. In this way, it is much easier to assess whether and in what form deacidification is necessary.
While pH test strips can only be used to measure the pH value of the urine (which can still be okay even if you have long been severely acidified), the acid-base test according to Sander can be used to determine the body’s deacidification capacities.
